Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions before getting started

How does payment work?
A 50% deposit is required upfront before any work begins. This confirms the project and secures your spot. The remaining 50% is due on completion, before the site goes live. No hidden fees.
How long will my project take?
Small projects typically take 2–4 weeks, medium projects 6–10 weeks. Custom projects are scoped at the kickoff call with a timeline agreed upfront. Timelines assume content is provided promptly, as delays in supplying assets can push things back.
What do I need to provide?
You'll need to supply your copy (text content), images, logo, and any existing brand assets. If you don't have some of these, the Branding & Visual Identity add-on can help get you sorted before development kicks off.
How do revisions work?
Each tier includes a set number of revision rounds (1 for Small, 2 for Medium). A revision round means you collect all your feedback and it's addressed in one pass, not a rolling stream of individual changes. Scope changes or new features beyond the original brief are treated as additional work.
What if the scope changes mid-project?
If you need to add or change something beyond the original scope, it'll be quoted separately and agreed before work starts. This keeps timelines and budgets predictable for both sides.
What happens after my site goes live?
Ongoing maintenance, hosting, and support are available through the add-on plans in the section above: Hosting & Maintenance from £40/mo or a full Website Care Plan from £80/mo. These keep your site secure and up to date long after launch.
